ActiveState provides Windows binaries of Perl 5.10.0

ActiveState already has their Perl for Windows available for binary download. I'm sure Strawberry Perl won't be far behind.

ActivePerl is not just for Windows; it provides binaries for AIX, Linux, OS X, Solaris and Windows.

For Linux, Solaris and Windows both 32-bit and 64-bit binaries are provided.

In general ActivePerl is also available in 32-bit and 64-bit versions for HP-UX, but those binaries are distributed by HP, so 5.10 is not yet available for that platform.
