v6 versions 0.19 and 0.20 add many new features

Flávio Soibelmann Glock has released versions 0.19 and 0.20 of v6, an experimental Perl 6 implementation, in quick succession. There are many changes listed in the Changelog, mostly related to adding support for various parts of Perl 6 syntax.

The quick release of the 0.20 release was due to issues I noticed while working on a new related blog entry on pugs.blugs.com. fglock's work on KindaPerl6 and the new "Not Quite Perl" for Parrot both turn out to have decent performance compared to some previous efforts.
