W3C::LogValidator 1.1 adds report options, supports new log formats

Oliver Thereaux has reeased version 1.1 of W3C::LogValidator which adds options for which valid or invalid HTML, CSS etc should be reported, and supports new log formats eg. Squid reverse proxy logs. See the Changelog for details.
